5. Special Provisions
- Languages other than Indonesian are written in italics except for the Nomenclature of Legal Sources or Organization Names.
- There are no standard provisions for writing norms, but they must be consistent. For example, at the beginning using the structure of Law No. X of XXXX (abbreviated), then continue using the same writing method. What we recommend is to write it in full, such as Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation. Other variations are allowed, such as Law Number 12 of 2011 (abbreviated), Law on the Formation of Legislation (nomenclature without mentioning the number and year), Law on PPPU (abbreviated nomenclature without mentioning the number and year), and so on. All ways of writing norms are allowed as long as their use is consistent so as not to confuse readers.
- Paragraph writing is attempted to be as neat as possible, no sentences or paragraphs are cut off from the page. The end of a page, also the end of a paragraph/sentence, does not continue on the next page.
- Minimize the use of conjunctions such as "on", "and", "in" and so on at the beginning of the paragraph.
6. Submission
To adjust device compatibility, it is recommended to use the .doc format (Word 97-2003 Document). Do not accept files in .pdf format because it is difficult to convert to Microsoft Word format (potentially messy). Manuscripts are uploaded via Open Journal Systems (OJS by PKP) at this link. For guidelines/guidelines for uploading via OJS, you can see and follow them at this link.
