Optimization Of Mobile Etle In Traffic Violation Actions At Pamekasan Police
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Pamekasan Police implemented ETLE Mobile to reduce traffic violations. This study analyzes the optimization of ETLE Mobile and its obstacles in Pamekasan using empirical juridical methods. Primary data came from interviews with the Head of Turjagwali and Kaurmintu of the Pamekasan Police Traffic Unit and field observations. The results showed an increase in enforcement from 278 (2024) to 318 violations (2025). However, three main obstacles remain: vehicle data validity, limited infrastructure, and low public awareness. Optimization efforts include Police Goes to School/Campus, human resource capacity building, and infrastructure improvement. In conclusion, ETLE Mobile optimization requires accurate population data and active public participation.
