Abstract

This paper examines the normative issues of the relationship between the finality of court decisions and the administrative corrective authority of the National Land Agency (BPN) in the land dispute AJB No. 202/12/I/1982 dated March 12, 1982. It uses normative legal methods, statutory, case and conceptual approaches. The results of the study indicate that civil decisions up to the level of judicial review have considered the private implications of criminal decisions regarding thumbprint forgery. The BPN's administrative corrective authority has a normative basis such as the UUPA, PP 24/1997 and PP 18/2021, which allow for the cancellation of land rights or certificates. There is a normative tension between the finality of decisions, the integration of the private implications of criminal decisions in civil proceedings and the implementation of land administration's corrective authority over interrelated decisions across regimes.
