Dissemination Of Minister Of Education, Culture, Directorate, And Technology Regulation No. 3 Of 2021 As A Preventive And Handling Measure For Sexual Violence On Campus

Abstract

This study aims to socialize Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021 as an effort to prevent and handle sexual violence on campus wich is motivated by the rise of cases of cases of sexual violence that occur in universities. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through library research, while the data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results and discussion of this study indicate the socialization of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 30 of 2021 is able to provide clear and targeted new breakthroghs in cases of preventing sexual violence that occurred on campus and assisting victims in the process of handling cases to obtain justice. This study concludes that Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021 so that sexual violence that has happened to both students and educators will no longer be silent about the injustice and sexual violence that has been experienced and it is also hoped that this research will be able to prevent sexual violence on campus.
