Analysis Of The West Lampung Regional Regulation On The Prohibition Of Fishing Using Electricity From The Perspective Of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Article 9 Paragraph (5) of the West Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2013 concerning the prohibition of fishing in rivers using electricity and to examine it from the perspective of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah. This research employed a qualitative field research method through interviews and literature review. The findings indicate that the village government has conducted socialization and guidance, yet the implementation remains suboptimal due to low legal awareness, limited supervision and weak coordination. From the perspective of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, the policy reflects the principle of public benefit (maslahah), but requires stronger supervision, coordination and law enforcement.
